The company presents itself as an authorised dealer for some of the sector's best-known brands and offers free delivery on all orders, with delivery to the UK mainland.

Its activity centres on online sales, with a telephone sales line and a sales email address as contact channels. The site states that the firm has 35 years of experience in the sector.

Cooking catalogue

The cooking section is one of the most developed areas of the catalogue. It includes large-format range cookers in electric, gas and dual fuel versions, both freestanding and built-in. Built-in appliances include electric, gas and induction hobs, cooker hoods, ovens — double, single and gas — and microwaves, as well as warming drawers and built-in coffee makers.

Laundry and refrigeration

In laundry, the retailer stocks built-in and freestanding washing machines, condenser, heat pump and vented tumble dryers, washer dryers and dishwashers, both built-in and freestanding, as well as commercial laundry equipment.

The refrigeration range covers American-style fridge freezers, fridges, freezers and wine coolers, with built-in versions of each category, including built-in wine coolers and fridge freezers.

Small appliances, cleaning and bathrooms

The catalogue is completed by small appliances such as fryers, coffee makers, food processors, irons, kettles, health grills, sandwich toasters, slow cookers and toasters. In cleaning, it offers cylinder, handheld, upright and steam cleaners.

The bathroom section includes baths, shower trays, shower enclosures and bath screens, basins, toilets and radiators. It also has sinks, sink accessories and taps, including instant hot water taps.

Televisions and other categories

In imaging, the retailer organises its television range by screen size — from models under 32 inches to those 75 inches and above — and by technology, with 4K Ultra HD, 8K, OLED and QLED panels. The catalogue also mentions audio and telephones among the available categories.

Brands and commercial guarantees

Among the brands in the catalogue are Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, Siemens, Hotpoint and Rangemaster. The company states that it is an authorised dealer for some of the brands it sells and advertises a low price guarantee, along with free delivery on all orders.
