Matt, Chief Executive Officer, has 25 years' experience in the technology sector and joined after the difficulties he experienced when notifying the deaths of his parents and a grandparent. Nicky, Chief Operations Officer, co-founded the company after watching her mother cope with the death of her grandmother; she had previously launched new business models at Waitrose, Morrisons and Ocado, and leads the finance and operations areas. Vishnu, Chief Technology Officer, with over 18 years' experience, is responsible for ensuring information security.
