Adventure Ready is a campervan conversion workshop based in the West Midlands, United Kingdom, that designs, cuts and hand-assembles every interior in its own workshop. The company works on proven commercial platforms —Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and Peugeot Boxer / Fiat Ducato—, chosen for their durability, payload capacity and driving dynamics.

Its approach is built around precision CNC-cut lightweight plywood carpentry and joinery, a material the workshop champions as the basis of its design language: texture, edge profiles and visible patterns, with no hidden compromises. The result is interiors with bold architectural lines and a clear functional priority.

Conversion models

The range is organised around several models with different approaches:

• Iron Trail: a versatile model designed for those who travel far, with sleeping space, storage and a living area conceived around an outdoor lifestyle.
• Sport: rear bed over a large gear garage, aimed at cyclists, surfers and adventure sports enthusiasts who need serious storage without sacrificing living space.
• Iron Trail (high-end version): the ultimate in mobile living comfort, featuring a spacious U-shaped lounge that transforms into a large sleeping area, surrounded by panoramic windows.

Ordering process

The purchase journey is structured in six stages. It begins with an initial conversation in which the customer explains their travel plans, the intended use of the van and their priorities. When they decide to proceed, a £5,000 deposit secures a slot in the production schedule and key dates are confirmed.

The van is then configured —layout, equipment and optional upgrades— with guidance from the team. The transformation of the chosen vehicle takes place at the West Midlands workshop, with progress updates throughout the process. At handover, the team explains the systems, equipment and features of the camper. The relationship does not end there: the workshop remains available for practical advice or help with the van.

Online configurator and accessories shop

The company offers interested customers an online configurator to explore layouts, upgrades and base vehicles before starting their order. It also has its own shop for adventure van parts and accessories.

Entirely UK built

Every Adventure Ready interior is designed, cut and hand-assembled at the company's West Midlands workshop, allowing it to control the entire process and, according to its own presentation, guarantee the quality of the final result.
