Equipment and working method

The photographer arrives with a portable studio kit consisting of a professional DSLR camera, two-point lighting, a neutral backdrop, and a dye-sublimation photo printer. The company requests a clear 2×2 metre space with access to a power outlet. The shooting session lasts between 10 and 15 minutes and, according to the company, most appointments are completed in 20-30 minutes door-to-door, including setup, shooting, editing, compliance verification, and printing.

The process is organised in four steps: booking, arrival of the photographer with the equipment, shooting and editing on site, and delivery of printed copies on visa-grade glossy paper along with digital files via WhatsApp before the photographer leaves. • Visa and passport: biometric-compliant photos for the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Schengen, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Canada, Australia, and more than 40 additional destinations. The company verifies dimensions, background, and head-position rules per destination.
• Emirates ID: photos compliant with ICA and GDRFA requirements for new applications, renewals, and dependents, including newborns and elderly residents.
• Professional headshots: for LinkedIn, corporate directories, CVs, and company websites, with studio lighting and a neutral backdrop set up at the office or home. Retouched copies are delivered the same day.
• Newborns and babies: setup with soft, indirect light for babies from a few days old, with pacing set by the parents. Compliant with ICA, HMPO, and US specifications.
• School and academic ID: ID cards, school applications, university registrations, and scholarship forms.

Pricing and coverage

The base price is AED 300 in Dubai and AED 400 in Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi, with a supplement of AED 100 for each additional person photographed in the same session, regardless of the emirate. The company justifies the difference by the photographer's travel time. The price includes the session, professional editing, digital files, and printed copies delivered in the same visit. Payment is made after the session, in cash or by card via a portable terminal; for corporate bookings, bank transfer is also accepted.

Visa, passport, and identity sessions include six standard prints; additional sets of six copies cost AED 30. Professional headshot sessions include digital files and prints are an optional add-on.

Acceptance guarantee and corporate sessions

The company offers a 100% acceptance promise: if an authority such as an embassy, ICA, or GDRFA rejects the photo for a compliance reason, it will reshoot and reprint at no cost. It also handles urgent same-day appointments subject to photographer availability in each emirate, and conducts group corporate sessions for ten or more headshots in a single visit, setting up a temporary studio in a meeting room or office.
