Kurtains

Kurtains began in Dubai with a question from customers of MAKAN, a furniture rental business: could it also handle curtains? The answer became a new offering from Makan Home FZ-LLC, bringing together selection, measurement, and installation for homes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The home consultation is central to the service. The team brings fabric, texture, and finish samples so choices can be made beside the window, within the space being furnished.

The range separates sheer, blackout, and combined curtains, with pleated and wave-style finishes. Each line offers a different balance of light, privacy, and fabric appearance. Wave styles provide an undulating drape, while blackout options form the opaque part of the catalog. Curtains are custom-made, with fabrics and finishes selected for the window dimensions and the room’s design.

Blinds broaden the alternatives. The range includes rollers with light-filtering or blackout fabrics, wooden and aluminum models, and zebra blinds alternating sheer and solid layers. The company also offers motorized curtains operated by remote control, phone, or voice, depending on the system. This part of the offering addresses high windows and large glazed surfaces, where the way a curtain moves matters alongside its fabric.

The service links consultation with measurement and installation. The company offers an online estimate and free home visits, after which installers handle fittings, alignment, and hardware. It advertises a twelve-month product warranty and installment-payment options, subject to the terms of each purchase. Its team identifies separate operations, sales, business-partnership, and measurement roles, giving structure to a project that involves more than supplying fabric.

Kurtains is relevant for someone seeking to furnish a room or an entire home through a service that brings samples to the property. Its origin story explains the approach: extending an organized purchasing and installation process from furniture to curtains and blinds. Manual and motorized systems, fabrics, and finishes allow alternatives to be compared within the same project, with advertised coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
