Team and leadership structure

Reface's leadership is headed by co-CEOs Ivan Altsybieiev and Anton Volovyk. The management team is completed by Oles Petriv as CTO, Yaroslav Boiko as CAO, Dmytro Shamutylo as CFO and Maksym Piddubnyi as Deputy CTO. The structure also includes heads of areas such as design (Marko Ivanyk), user acquisition (Stanislav Berkutov), content (Yevhen Chystiakov), customer support (Iurii Glukhovskyi), analytics (Oleksii Ikonnikov), creative marketing and communications (Hlib Petrov) and legal (Dima Symbiryov).

The founders are Kyrylo Syhyda, Oles Petriv, Ivan Altsybieiev, Roman Mohylny, Yaroslav Boiko, Dmytro Shvets and Denys Dmytrenko.

Investors and ties to Ukraine

Among the company's early investors are Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), a venture capital firm with a presence in the tech sector, and Roosh, a Kyiv-based tech and investment group focused on AI and machine learning. The company presents itself as born in Kyiv and notes that, despite the war, it continues developing innovations in Ukraine. After the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, it created the Reface Fund and donated $500,000.
