Turquaz Balloons Cappadocia

Sunrise from the air

Turquaz Balloons operates hot air balloon flights from Göreme, one of Cappadocia’s launch areas. The company, active since 2013 according to its website, presents the flight as a morning experience above the region’s valleys and rock formations. Operations depend on weather and aviation approvals; a departure can be canceled when conditions do not permit flying.

Three main options

Its catalog distinguishes Standard, Classic, and Comfort flights. Published information lists Standard baskets for up to 28 passengers, Classic baskets capped at 20, and Comfort at 16, with at least one hour of flight time advertised. The experience is organized around sunrise; basket size, duration, and conditions should be confirmed for the booked date.

Transfers and pre-flight services

Published packages include hotel pickup and return, a light breakfast before the flight, passenger insurance, a certificate, and a celebratory toast, although inclusions depend on the selected option. Before takeoff, guests receive an explanation of the process and can watch the balloon being prepared. The company says the exact launch site is chosen according to the day’s winds and conditions.

Location and rating

The Google Maps listing corresponds to Turquaz Balloons Cappadocia on Adnan Menderes Caddesi in Göreme. When checked on October 8, 2026, it showed 4.9 stars and 837 reviews. Recent comments mention organization, pilots, and the flight experience; the count may change.

What to check before booking

Flights depend on weather and aviation permission, so an early pickup time does not guarantee takeoff. Compare basket capacity, flight time, included transfers, and cancellation terms for the chosen package. The website publishes date availability and the company’s contact channels.
