Smile Taxi Service connects airports and Thai destinations through private transfers with per-vehicle fares. The selection allows origin, destination, and vehicle type to be searched before requesting a booking. Fares are presented for the whole car and include expressway tolls on advertised routes.

These capacities organize transfers around people and luggage. Child seats and airport signboard meetings are additional services with their own charges.

Confirmation is coordinated through messaging and provides driver details and the meeting location. The service advertises up to sixty minutes of free airport waiting and payment to the driver at the end of the ride. Card payments use a PayPal link with a surcharge, a format distinct from direct payment at the destination.

Customized routes and half-day or full-day taxi hire extend the service beyond airport transfers. The app supports conversations and booking access without relying on a Thai phone number. Founder Suphansa R. presents the project as a network of local drivers that grew from her initial airport pickup service.
