At the heart of the complex is The Habita, an enclave with 20 Pool Suites and 10 Penthouses ranging from 70 to 140 square meters, each with an infinity pool and modern amenities. The enclave is home to the Baba Chino and Baba Hot Box restaurants, as well as an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a waterfall set within a water garden. Its design stands out for a leaf-shaped roof that blends into the surroundings. Shishi Lounge, located in The Habita, serves premium cocktails, wines and champagne from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with views of the Andaman Sea and the southeastern peninsula of Phuket.

Yaya: a venue for events, conferences and weddings

The Yaya complex, recently opened at the top of Cape Panwa, is designed for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, weddings and large events. It has two convention halls with a capacity for 400 people and 24 additional pool suites, with contemporary tropical interiors and terracotta exteriors. The building, in cream and blue tones, offers 360° views of the Andaman Sea and features TU on its rooftop, an extension of the award-winning Baba Nest. The company presents it as a destination for social and professional events of various sizes.

Restaurants and dining experiences

The resort offers six unique dining experiences, including Baba Dining, Baba Food, Soul Food, Poolclub, IKI, Chino, Hot Box, Tu Bar, Baba Soul Cafe, Baba Shi Shi Lounge and Baba Hot Pot, as well as a cooking school. The offering ranges from Thai and Asian cuisine to lounge and pool club concepts.
