True Trainer

True Trainer is a Swiss online store devoted to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Its catalog is aimed both at people starting a collection and collectors looking for sealed products and specific releases. The range is organized by format and collection: Elite Trainer Boxes, displays and booster boxes, bundles, mini tins, blisters, individual packs, accessories, and preorder items.

Elite Trainer Boxes have a prominent place in the storefront, and the shop says each one ships with a protective PET case at no extra cost. Displays contain booster boxes—the store describes the relevant products as holding 36 packs—while bundles, mini tins, and blisters offer smaller formats. Availability is also organized by collection and edition language.

The catalog combines German- and English-language products with special items and selected collections. Preorders let customers reserve products ahead of their announced release; the store's terms say dates can change because of manufacturing, supply, or transportation circumstances. Each product page is therefore the place to check its language, contents, preorder status, and expected release date.

The store ships from Switzerland. Its website says orders placed before 3 p.m. on business days ship the same day, and advertises free shipping to Swiss addresses on orders of at least 150 Swiss francs. Conditions for other destinations and the final cost depend on the country and appear during checkout; customers can track orders through their account.

The site accepts payment methods used in the Swiss market, including TWINT and payment by invoice, along with card and digital-payment options shown at checkout. It also provides links to track orders, request products customers would like to see in the store, and follow new releases. Available methods can depend on the destination and the order.

True Trainer lists its address at Grünaustrasse 14 in Dietikon and operates as an online retailer. Its catalog, email contact, and account-based order tracking connect that location with order management without presenting the published address as store hours.

For collectors, the catalog's practical value is its range of Pokémon TCG products in different sizes and editions, from a single pack to an Elite Trainer Box or full display. Before ordering, compare the edition language, collection, and preorder terms shown on each product page, especially for items with a future release date.
