Paper Whisper

Japanese stationery and journaling supplies in Uppsala

Paper Whisper is a stationery store based in Uppsala, Sweden, dedicated to selling Japanese writing and journaling supplies. Its catalog is presented as a carefully curated selection of paper products and accessories from Japanese brands, designed for those who work with notebooks, planners and handwriting techniques.

The company describes stationery as a living object that comes alive with daily use, not as a relic of the analog era. This idea shapes its offering: pieces that users incorporate into their routine and discover according to their own judgment.
