About Adam Albin
Adam Albin, á la minute cuisine in the historic heart of Stockholm
Adam Albin is a Stockholm restaurant driven by chefs Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman. Its approach is based on precise, instinctive á la minute cooking, focused on the finest ingredients available at any given moment. The venue presents itself as a space conceived with the intention that diners feel like guests in their hosts' home.
Two decades of shared experience
Dahlberg and Wessman have worked together for more than twenty years and have helped shape Stockholm's contemporary dining scene through some of Sweden's most respected kitchens. Adam Albin is described as the most personal and complete chapter of their culinary journey, built around time, precision and genuine care. The restaurant's team seeks to create a stage for all the senses, bringing together hospitality, gastronomy, craft, creativity, art and curiosity.
Location and design
The restaurant is located in Stockholm's historic centre, overlooking the Royal Palace and next to the Opera and the Swedish Parliament. The interior was designed by the Swedish studio Halleroed, which conceived it as an elevated home: a setting designed for warmth, enjoyment and conversation, where each room invites its own sense of discovery.
Art collection
The restaurant's art collection is curated by gallerist Magnus Karlsson and includes works by some of Sweden's finest contemporary artists.
Reservations and gift certificates
The restaurant's website offers the option to book and to purchase gift certificates, as well as a contact form and a section for those who wish to join the team.
