Fresmak is a Spanish manufacturer of workholding solutions for machining, with more than 50 years in the industry. The company specializes in workholding and operates from its headquarters in Zarautz, Gipuzkoa, in the Basque Country.

• Machine vises: high-pressure manual models (ARNOLD MAT, ARNOLD MB2, ARNOLD TWIN, ARNOLD 5X, and ARNOLD CLASSIC) in mechanical, hydraulic, and proximity-hydraulic versions; automatic models (ARNOLD MAT, ARNOLD MB2, ARNOLD TWIN, and ARNOLD CLASSIC) with oil-hydraulic and pneumatic-hydraulic actuation; and SC and SC 5X self-centering vises.

Selected Technical Specifications

For the ARNOLD MAT family, the company states a clamping repeatability of 0.01 mm, a one-piece design intended to prevent deformation at high pressure, grinding on all faces with 0.02 mm parallelism and perpendicularity, and clamping forces of 25, 40, or 50 kN depending on size. These units are designed for vertical and horizontal machining centers.
