Öken Energía is an energy brokerage service that compares a customer's electricity bill with rates from more than 25 power companies. With its artificial intelligence tool, users upload a bill as a PDF and receive an estimate within seconds of what they would have paid to other suppliers for the same usage. The service is available to both households and businesses.

How it works

The process is free and does not require contact information to view the results. The AI extracts key information from the bill, checks available rates, and produces a comparison. If a customer decides to switch providers, Öken Energía handles the paperwork at no charge. The switch does not require changing the meter or electrical installation, which belong to the local distribution company, and does not involve service interruptions or technician visits. The contracted power level stays the same.

Business services

Öken Energía also reviews business electricity bills under 2.0TD and 3.0TD rates, applying specific prices based on power and usage tiers.

Transparency and terms

The company describes itself as a broker, not an electricity supplier, and does not sell its own rate plan. It charges no setup fees or switching penalties, and the plans it handles have no minimum-term commitment. A supplier switch usually takes effect about 48 hours after the request. Öken Energía also offers an annual follow-up service to let customers know if better rates become available.
