Low-voltage electrical cables

Cables RCT is an independent manufacturer of low-voltage electrical cables. It designs, manufactures, and distributes cable as a direct producer rather than a reseller. Its catalog is organized by material—PVC, halogen-free, shielded, and bare copper—by voltage rating (300/300 V, 300/500 V, 450/750 V, and 0.6/1 kV), and by applications such as instrumentation and control, UL-certified cables, prewired conduit, and inkjet-marking cables (Marking Grade).

Products and packaging

Featured products include H07Z1-K Type 2 (AS) CPR, rated 450/750 V; H05VV-F, rated 300/500 V; RV-K, rated 0.6/1 kV; and RZ1-K (AS) CPR, rated 0.6/1 kV. Packaging options include lightweight reels, wooden drums, plastic reels, cardboard reels, Boxed Wire®, shrink-wrapped packages, and Ecobox cardboard boxes.

Technical information and resources

The website provides professionals with product data sheets, certificates, technical documents, and a guide to the CPR Regulation, including Euroclass classifications, declarations of performance (DoP), and CE marking. It also publishes the LME copper price and maintains a blog with company and technical updates.

Company news

In June 2025, Nexans announced that it had completed its acquisition of Cables RCT in Spain. Cables RCT has also announced support for international certification as part of its internationalization strategy.
