Fundación GAIKER is a technology center based at Zamudio Technology Park in Bizkaia, Spain. It conducts research in biotechnology, sustainable composites, functional and sustainable polymers, recycling, and the circular economy. Its work supports industry through R&D projects and confidential technology services.

• Biotechnology: Biomedicine and human health, biodetection technologies, industrial microbiology, and the environment.
• Sustainable composites: Formulation, prepregs and tapes, hybrid composites, calculation and design, and processing technologies.
• Functional and sustainable polymers: Compounding and valorization, plastic electronics, synthesis and coatings, bio-based polymers, and packaging materials.
• Recycling and circular economy: Mechanical recycling and advanced separation, chemical recycling, and sustainability analysis.

The center reports average annual revenue growth of 12% over the past four years, reaching approximately €1 million in 2025. Its research staff has also grown over the past three years.
