Its story begins in 1975, when Alfredo Reguilón Mateos moved to Zamora and opened Café Zodiac. In 1982, after taking over Mazarino's on Avenida Tres Cruces, the group was formally established.
Current locations
The group identifies two main operating venues:
- Mazarino's on Avenida Tres Cruces: a café serving breakfast, appetizers and wine.

Over the years, the group also managed nightclubs including Zodiac, Tiza's, Hollywood, Gabana Factoría de Sueños, Buda, Donatella and London Night Club; cafés Dublín, Dolfos and Valderrey; and pubs Susan and Lander. Some closed amid industry difficulties or after the founder retired.
