San Pedro de Caldas is a rural house in Barrio de San Pedro, Yanguas de Eresma, Segovia, about 15 minutes from the city of Segovia. The ground floor includes a reception area; one wing with five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; a living room with a fireplace and sofas; a dining room; an industrial stainless-steel kitchen; and another wing with two suites, four bedrooms, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a lounge with board games, three bedrooms with bathrooms, and a large room for meetings, dancing, or games. Bedrooms are spacious and have full bathrooms. Outside, there is a patio with a barbecue.

The kitchen has commercial-grade stainless-steel equipment, including several walk-in refrigerators, a freezer, a commercial coffee maker, a large griddle, a range, an oven, a short-cycle dishwasher, a microwave, and a large sink.

From the A-601 (Segovia–Valladolid) highway, take the Yanguas de Eresma exit and drive through town toward Barrio de San Pedro or the station, three kilometers away. Alternatively, take the Tabanera la Luenga exit, drive through town, and continue two kilometers to Barrio de San Pedro.
