Plans and pricing

Lookby lists three monthly subscriptions and a 10% discount for annual payment:

• Basic: €39.95 per month, or €431.45 per year (equivalent to €35.95 per month). Includes the management app, cash register and billing, WhatsApp reminders, email and app notifications, CRM, IRIS AI, VeriFactu, inventory, financial reporting, staff scheduling and email and chat support.
• Gold: €45.95 per month, or €496.20 per year (equivalent to €41.35 per month). Adds online bookings, online payments, a semi-custom Lookby app and phone, chat and email support.
• Premium: €53.95 per month, or €582.60 per year (equivalent to €48.55 per month). Includes Gold features plus website creation for the business.

How it differs from marketplaces

Lookby says it is not a marketplace. Instead of placing salons beside competitors and charging for customer referrals, it offers a semi-custom app, a customer database controlled by the business, direct loyalty tools and a fixed subscription without variable commissions. The salon manages its calendar and customer relationships within its own branded environment.
