How the agency partnership works

The company describes a limited-scope workflow: the agency provides the Figma link, a staging environment and an email domain. Kalyma builds the site in WordPress; the agency reviews it in private staging with two rounds of corrections included; then the work is deployed to the agency’s or client’s server. Kalyma says the process is covered by a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) and that it will not contact the agency’s end client without authorization.

Listed timelines are 48 to 72 hours for small pieces and 5 to 12 days for full websites, with a 72-hour delivery service-level agreement that the company says is guaranteed by contract. It also describes quality checks for DOM size, PageSpeed scores of 90+, W3C validation and a 60-point checklist. Communication is handled by a dedicated project manager, with reporting through the agency’s preferred tools, including Slack, project-management software or ticketing systems.

Kalyma says it works with accessibility, privacy and quality frameworks to reduce risk for agencies.
