Cable-Carrying Systems and Machine Protection

Exclusivas Rein (REIN Solutions) has worked in cable carriers and protective covers for about 50 years. Since its early days, it has been the exclusive importer and distributor of KABELSCHLEPP, a German brand that developed the product, and it also sells specialty machine protections from PEI. Its business centers on components for machine tools and industrial installations, originally built around steel products and applications in machine-tool manufacturing and the steel industry.

KABELSCHLEPP — Cable-carrier systems: basic Line, Mono, Uniflex Advanced, Vario Line, K-Series, M-Series, XL(C)-Series, and QUANTUM cable carriers; tube series, Uniflex, MT-Series, XLT-Series, Confuflex, Mobiflex, 3d line, Robotrax, and steel cable carriers in S/SX 0650, 0950, 1250, 1800, 2500 and 3200, and 5000 through 7000 series.

Cables for cable carriers: extra-flexible control, motor, data, coaxial, BUS, and fiber-optic cables, plus cables for OEM systems.

Accessories: cable-carrier channels and other complementary products.

PEI — Machine protection: telescopic covers and guards in standard and custom versions, with supports, scrapers, guides, and bearings; roll-up covers including Weld Screen, Type J, Sure-Spring, chain-motion, Escudo X-Y 4R, X-Y SP, and lathe versions; roll-up protective blinds with flexible joints, JL/J/JH aluminum, and riveted elements; and flat, heat-welded, movable- or fixed-slat, sewn, and glued bellows, including linear-guide and circular versions (sewn, variflex, formed, and thermoformed), as well as oil scrapers and brushes.

Solutions for Demanding Environments

The company offers systems for demanding environments, including open or enclosed steel cable carriers with reinforced aluminum covers or stainless-steel bands, and carriers made entirely of stainless steel for ATEX zones, offshore oil installations, and port cranes. It also sells the integrated Total Trax cable-carrier system, which delivers the chain, cables, and connectors together in a ready-to-install package for turnkey facilities and series-production machines. Roll-up protective blinds are designed to guard machine components from coolant and heavy chips and can include viewing windows so operators can monitor the work area without exposure to splashes or accidents.
