About Cartedyam

Corrugated cardboard and fanfold packaging

Cartedyam was founded on July 11, 1994, in Vitoria-Gasteiz and manufactures corrugated and fanfold cardboard for a range of industries. With more than 25 years of experience, the company describes itself as a national leader and provides packaging solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Products and capabilities

  • Continuous fanfold board: made in different flute types and paper grades, with a machine width of up to 2,500 mm. It is stacked in a zigzag pack and cut to custom lengths for easier transportation and storage. Logos or text can be printed in up to three colors. It is designed for long packaging and flexible box production, reducing the need to stock boxes and saving materials and labor.
  • Flat sheets: cut to size in available grades, with a machine width of up to 2,500 mm and a maximum length of 6,500 mm. The company specializes in heavy-duty grades.
  • Corrugated boxes: custom-sized, die-cut, printed, and pallet-box formats.

Facilities and growth

Cartedyam began in a 2,600-square-meter industrial building in the Ali-Gobeo Industrial Park in Vitoria. In 2003, it acquired 18,000 square meters of land in the Júndiz Industrial Park on Calle Arriurdina 21. A new 9,000-square-meter manufacturing plant began operating there in late 2004, with land reserved for future expansion. In 2018, the company built an additional 4,375-square-meter facility for box production and storage, completing the third phase of its original project.
