Aisa Elkartea is the Association of Social Initiative and Intervention Organizations of Álava. It brings together 19 organizations in the social sector—including associations, foundations, and cooperatives—that collectively represent more than 1,000 professionals, such as educators, social workers, and social integration specialists.

The association’s work is centered in Álava. It describes itself as a network for public-interest resources and services focused on social protection and inclusion, and shares a space with other business associations. Aisa Elkartea is part of the network connected to Álava’s Third Social Intervention Collective Agreement.
