Sankyo Desarrollos Técnicos (SDT) is an engineering firm based in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Since 1995, it has designed, simulated, manufactured, and installed automated material-handling systems. • A 600-square-meter machining, welding, and paint shop equipped with a CNC machining center, milling machine, CNC lathe, automatic saw, press brake, paint booth, and welding equipment for steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• A 400-square-meter assembly and commissioning area with a Diana robot, a 20-ton overhead crane, and a vibration stress-relief table.
• A 200-square-meter administrative and sales office.

Certifications and Recognition

SDT earned ISO 9001 certification in 1999 and ISO 14001 in 2002; both have since been updated to their 2015 versions. The company complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive, PED 2014/68/EU. EcoVadis awarded it a silver medal, and it belongs to Vitoria-Gasteiz’s Green Pact community and ROBOTEKIN, a robotics and automation network.
