Casa A Canteira is a vacation home in Casas Novas, about five kilometers from the town hall in Vimianzo, in Galicia’s Costa da Morte region. The property began as a traditional bakery built in the late 19th century and was renovated for vacation stays in 2013. It retains original features including ovens, a granary, and a lareira, a traditional open hearth.

The ground floor includes a rustic kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room for 10, a suite with a jacuzzi, a game room, and three bathrooms, one of which is adapted for guests with limited mobility. Upstairs are a modern kitchen, living-dining room, three double bedrooms, and an extra-large suite with a two-meter bed and whirlpool bathtub.

Outside, guests have a private garden, barbecue area, and parking. Pets stay free, with no size or breed restrictions, and receive a welcome treat.
