Legumbres Caballero is the trading name of Antonio Caballero, S.L., a family company that buys, selects, packs, and sells pulses and grains. Antonio Caballero Herreros and his wife Custodia began the business in 1952. It became a registered company in 1984 and was the first business to establish itself in Villarrobledo’s industrial park, in Albacete province.

Products

The catalog is organized into four main groups, with dried and cooked options sold in jars or cans:

  • Beans: Planchada, Blanca Riñón, Arrocera, Canela, Pinta, Granja, Fabada, Negra, and Carilla, plus jarred cooked beans and beans with vegetables.
  • Lentils: Castellana, Verdina, Pardina, peeled red, and Beluga, along with jarred cooked lentils.
  • Chickpeas: Castellano, Blanco Lechoso, and Pedrosillano, plus cooked chickpeas in jars, with vegetables, and in cans.
