Spanish-made protective masks

Safety Pro is a Spanish manufacturer of three-layer hygienic face masks with Type IIR surgical-grade quality. All production takes place in Spain at a facility of approximately 700 square meters. The company describes itself as a domestic manufacturer and sells wholesale to large retailers and businesses.

Products and certifications

Safety Pro masks are made of three layers of European-produced nonwoven fabric in an SMS structure (spunbond, meltblown, spunbond). According to the manufacturer, the product has a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 99.8% and a differential pressure of 44 Pa/cm². It is tested and certified by the Aitex laboratory, meets the UNE 0064-1:2020 standard, and has been tested under UNE EN 14683:2019.

Customization and production capacity

The company offers several packaging formats: bags of 10 or 25 masks, boxes of 50, and custom packaging for each customer. It can also add a company logo, flag, slogan, or other corporate design to the mask. As a manufacturer, it can handle both short runs and large orders. Its automated industrial equipment can produce 120 masks per minute.

Company background

Safety Pro is part of a business group with 18 years of experience. The project began during the COVID-19 crisis, when its research and development department developed the machinery used to manufacture the masks.
