Products

Its catalog focuses on components for steel-strand anchoring systems:

• Anchor wedges made from hardened specialty steels (C15Pb+C, S355J2G3C, and 11SMn30+C), in diameters from 0.50 to 0.62 inches and lengths from 40 to 48.5 millimeters
• Pulling wedges made from 18CrMo4 and 20NiCrMo2-2 steel, 47 to 60 millimeters long
• Couplers and connectors for extending untensioned steel strands, made with wedges, springs, threaded pins, and sleeves, in lengths from 164 to 200 millimeters
• Anchor sleeves and extrusion terminals

Wedge production is automated. Cameras with high-sensitivity sensors inspect each segment, including the tooth profile.

Certification

The company has held UNE-EN-ISO 9001 quality certification since May 2003. It updated the certification to the 2008 version in 2012 and the 2015 version in 2018.
