Production and International Reach

The group operates eight production centers in Navarra, La Rioja, and Cuenca, along with a logistics center in Zaragoza. According to its website, it processes more than 49 million kilograms of vegetables a year and makes more than 91 million finished products for over 1,000 customers in more than 60 countries. Its vegetable division in Navarra plans more than 21 fresh-produce campaigns a year and processes over 45 vegetable varieties. For mushrooms, the group controls the full value chain and operates its own Phase III compost plant, producing more than 50,000 tons of spawned compost each year.

Sourcing and Sustainability

More than 80% of raw materials come from nearby farms in La Rioja, Navarra, and Cuenca. The company says it processes produce within four to six hours of harvest and is reducing non-plant-based preservatives, with a project underway to use only plant-based preservatives. It also says it uses sustainable packaging and clean technologies.
