Housing with services for older adults

Fundació Amàlia Soler is a nonprofit established through the bequest of Amàlia Soler, who left her property, land, and money to the people of Vilafranca and Sant Martí Sarroca. Originally called Junta de Mujeres Pobres de Villafranca, the foundation was created to help women living in poverty in Vilafranca. Today, it provides housing with services for older adults.

Housing services

The foundation manages rental apartments with services for older adults. The housing is intended for people who have difficulty finding a place to live and offers features designed to support safety. The central locations provide quick access to essential community services and local businesses. The apartments are designed to promote residents’ independence and community life.
