Employment support and training

The foundation's team works to help people facing vulnerability achieve lasting social and employment inclusion. Its training programs help people with disabilities, mental health conditions, and others at risk of exclusion enter the workforce, and include business internships. The foundation also provides employment coaching and placement support and works to raise awareness among local employers.

Training programs

Fundació Pro Penedès offers current and completed training programs designed to build skills, improve employability, and connect participants with potential employers. It has separate contact channels for individuals and businesses and offers membership opportunities.
