Roser BCN is a workshop with more than 30 years of experience in custom design, waterjet cutting, CO2 laser cutting and engraving, and fiber laser engraving. It makes its own and customized products in small and large quantities for businesses and individuals.

Services

• Waterjet cutting: Precision cold cutting of metal, plastic, wood, rubber, foam, glass, resin, marble, and ceramic, up to 200 mm thick.
• CO2 laser cutting and engraving: Detailed work on plastic and organic materials, producing smooth edges without burrs.
• Fiber laser engraving: High-definition marking on metals and plastics, including text, reference numbers, barcodes and QR codes, logos, images, and photographs.
• Custom design: The workshop can prepare digital files from a customer’s instructions and offer design guidance.

Products and finishing work

Products include custom-cut parts, prototypes, machine components, signs, plaques, templates, trophies, keepsakes, figurines, sculptures, personalized gifts, and decorative pieces. Additional work includes satin polishing, sanding, blasting, simple machining (drilling, threading, and countersinking), and surface treatments such as dyeing, painting, varnishing, and oxidation.

Materials include metal, plastic, acrylic, wood, medium-density fiberboard, rubber, leather, foam, crystal, glass, mirrors, ceramic, marble, and granite. Applications include manufacturing, decoration, signage, events, and gifts.
