Gemap is a business advisory firm with more than 38 years of operations and offices in Barcelona and Viladecans. It specializes in serving small and midsize businesses, professionals, individuals, and entrepreneurs in human resources, tax and financial management, and commercial matters.

Team and structure

The firm has more than 70 multidisciplinary professionals. Its founding partner and CEO is Joan Pañella Martí, a labor relations and Social Security professional, employment auditor trained at ESADE, and law graduate from UEM. He founded Gemap in 1987 after leaving Spain's Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Since 2004, he has led and served as president of the Spanish Association of Employment Auditors.

Training and tools

The company offers access to an academy with BiLoop and a3ERP training, as well as private client areas with access to Biloop and Kairos.
