VERSA Real Projects is based in Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain, and designs and builds modular solutions. Its multidisciplinary engineering and architecture team works with modular structures and shipping containers to create custom facilities for a range of uses. The company handles turnkey projects from initial concept through delivery.

• Design and project development: concept development and end-to-end management of permits and licenses, whether the client is starting from scratch or already has a defined idea.
• Technical solutions: use of digital twins—virtual replicas—to anticipate issues, improve design accuracy, and reduce construction time and costs.
• Project management: planning, management, and oversight of each stage, including schedule, budget, and quality control and coordination of all parties.
• Modular construction: building with modular systems to shorten construction time, reduce waste, and make better use of resources.
• Site development: access, utility connections, drainage, and exterior finishes for each home.
• After-sales service: technical follow-up, repair management, and support with issues, adjustments, and questions after delivery.

Sectors and applications

The company organizes its work into four areas: Retail & Gastro, Housing, Versatile, and Industry & Services. For retail and food service, it uses digital twins and off-site manufacturing with on-site assembly to visualize and optimize spaces before construction. Its industrialized modular housing is designed for customization, shorter timelines and lower costs, and energy efficiency. For industry and services, it provides adaptable functional spaces for permanent or temporary use, with modules that can be moved and reconfigured.
