Community-based mental health support

Osonament is a foundation headquartered in Vic that supports people affected by mental health conditions and addiction in the Osona and Lluçanès regions. Its approach brings together health care, social support, and employment services, with families and local organizations also part of the community-based network.

Organization and experience

Osonament reports a team of 118 professionals, services for 1,025 people, and 58 people placed in jobs. It maintains a quality policy and follows the data-protection code of the Association of Health and Social Services Organizations of Catalonia. In 2025, the foundation marked 45 years of work.

Along with its headquarters, Osonament operates the Llar Residència in Manlleu, four supported homes, Espai Estivill Camps, Espai Remei, and the AretéSegonaMà secondhand stores.
