Esencia de Júcar is a family-run olive oil mill in Valverde de Júcar, in Cuenca province. The project grew out of Heresca, a family agricultural business that established its own mill to produce and sell olive oil under the Esencia de Júcar label.

Virgin and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

The company offers two main lines: virgin olive oil and extra-virgin olive oil. Products are sold in several sizes, from small bottles and jugs to larger containers for home use.

The mill describes attention to the olive grove, harvest, extraction, milling, mixing, settling, and storage as central to the character of its oil. Its approach combines modern production with the region's longstanding olive-growing tradition.
