Programs and initiatives

INTRAS participates in Plan Corresponsables, a public policy launched by Spain's Ministry of Equality and carried out through the autonomous communities—in this case, the Government of Castile and León—to promote a fairer sharing of caregiving responsibilities. Its Retoraya project, funded by the Spain–Portugal Interreg POCTEP program, concluded in June 2026 after two and a half years. The foundation also awards €6,000 each year through its social mental-health project grants; the third call has been announced. It organizes “Locografías,” an international photography and mental-health award.

Training and awareness

INTRAS provides training pathways for people at risk of or experiencing social exclusion. In the most recent course listed in its profile, 73 participants completed five social-training pathways in Valladolid. The foundation also provides awareness and training to promote equitable, shared-responsibility models of masculinity.

The foundation publishes Revista VeinteMetros, project newsletters, scientific articles, and press releases. It also operates Radio Atlántida and the Gradior Empleo platform.
