CEOE Castilla y León (Confederación de Organizaciones Empresariales de Castilla y León) is a business organization that brings together regional, industry, and cross-industry employer groups across the autonomous community. Its headquarters are at 8 Calle Florencia, 47007 Valladolid, Spain.

Areas of work

The confederation works across several areas, including:

• Training: Spain's new vocational-training law, dual vocational education, microcredentials, and skills accreditation.
• Social dialogue: Agreements, regulations, and equality plans.
• Equality: Campaigns and studies, including Women in Leadership in Castile and León, as well as the Lideramos program.
• Employment: Regional labor law, signed agreements, and the SERLA service.
• Environment: Reports, studies, and events on waste management.
• Economy and innovation: Industry working groups in automotive, energy, habitat, health, food and agriculture, and tourism.
• Corporate social responsibility, Agenda 2030, and workplace safety: Newsletters, guides, and educational videos.

Projects and programs

The organization participates in European projects such as ESGrowth, TechSov4Futures, Convert Your Future, and the Enterprise Europe Network. It also leads Uniendo Moda, a program for the textile and fashion industry that includes the Uniendo Moda runway show, a young designers competition, the Km0 Moda trade fair, Atelier Couture, and technical events on internationalization, sustainability, marketing, and innovation. Other initiatives include the Capacidades CyL and Promoción Castilla y León projects.
