The rental period is flexible: the minimum stay is five months, extendable by additional months if the tenant wishes. The company also points out that it does not apply hidden fees.

Equipment and house rules

The accommodations are described as modern and high quality, with spacious, bright spaces equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. All homes have high-speed WiFi, designed for those who work from home.

These are smoke-free accommodations: smoking is not allowed inside the home out of respect for flatmates and care for the property. Pets are also not allowed, as the spaces are adapted for people with pet allergies.

The company Quickin Investing 2020, Sociedad Limitada was a beneficiary of the "Programa de fomento de la contratación indefinida de personas jóvenes cualificadas" (AVALEM JOVES), within the framework of the National Youth Guarantee System, with financial support of €26,600.00. The initiative was funded by LABORA Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación and co-funded by the Operational Program of the European Social Fund 2021-2027 of the Comunitat Valenciana.
