Organization and governance
The foundation is privately constituted. Contributions to its endowment from its trustees—the Government of the Valencian Community, provincial councils, and public companies or autonomous entities—total less than 50% of the endowment. Under Article 33 of Valencian Law 9/2008 and Article 5.3 of the consolidated Public Finance Law of the Valencian Community, it is therefore not considered part of the regional public sector.
