Santos Campanar - Kookers

Custom SANTOS kitchens in Valencia and Alzira

Santos Campanar - Kookers is a kitchen studio with two showrooms in Valencia province: one in Campanar, Valencia city, and another in Alzira. The company presents itself as the exclusive distributor of Spanish kitchen designer and maker SANTOS. It operates as C. y P. Rubio, S.L.

Its main work is designing and furnishing custom kitchens, with personal service to make the best use of space and create functional rooms. It also offers complete renovations, including building, plumbing, and electrical work, coordinated by a team of professionals.

• Appliances: Siemens Studio Line and Miele’s specialist collection.
• Ultra-quiet range hoods: exclusive distributor of PANDO, NOVY, and ELICA.
• Countertops in steel, glass, porcelain, solid surface, and quartz.

How a project works

The studio divides its process into two stages. First, the customer visits a showroom or provides a floor plan. The technical team takes measurements and asks how the kitchen will be used, including desired appliances, whether building work is needed, the number of diners, and whether an informal dining area is wanted. The team then prepares a preliminary design using design and virtual-visualization tools. After revisions, it prices the final project.

In the second stage, the order is confirmed and administrative details are handled. If building work is underway, the company provides installation plans to the project manager. Furniture is supplied about six weeks later and installed by the company’s own fitters. The countertop is installed a week after the cabinets because it is measured and fitted on top of them.

Warranty and after-sales service

As an exclusive SANTOS distributor, the studio offers a five-year furniture warranty. It also provides after-sales support for issues that arise after installation.
