Fírmitas

Architecture and building management

Fírmitas is an architecture and construction practice based in Valencia, Spain. It was founded in 2002 by architect Pascual Martínez Mata and technical architect Vicente Pérez Gómez. The multidisciplinary team manages building projects from design through construction for public and private clients across Spain.

Services

Fírmitas works across the building process, from feasibility studies through post-sale support and maintenance. Services include:

• Development and sale of single-family and multifamily homes
• Architecture and engineering projects, both in-house and for outside clients
• Construction of public and private buildings
• Official filings, permit management, and construction oversight
• Post-sale service and property maintenance

Selected projects

Projects involving Fírmitas technical staff include classroom buildings for Miguel Hernández University in Elche and Orihuela (1997–2001), the expansion of Feria Valencia (2000–2004), Espai Campanar shopping center in Valencia (2002–2004), and the expansion of Valencia Airport (2005–2006), as well as private developments for Lubasa, Realia, and Vallehermoso (1990–2009). Residential developments include single-family and multifamily housing in Benimàmet, El Puig, Xàbia, Sagunto, Rocafort, L’Eliana, and Valencia, among other communities.

Team

The core team is Pascual Martínez Mata, an architect, and Vicente Pérez Gómez, a technical architect. They work with architects, building surveyors, industrial designers, industrial engineers, interior designers, drafters, and administrative staff, as well as outside engineering, interior-design, and decorating partners.
