Training and credentials
Vía Prevención has a dedicated training department and is accredited by the Fundación Tripartita to administer subsidized training. It also has credentials from the Construction Labor Foundation and Metal Foundation to deliver their courses.
Its workplace-safety catalog can be tailored to each company, with an option for subsidized training. Sector courses cover construction, metalwork, forklift operation, overhead cranes, transportation, first aid, and emergencies. Other subjects include languages, skills for employees and managers, computers and social media, management, and finance. Classes are offered in person and online at different times.
The company manages training from start to finish: checking available annual training credits, planning the program, handling documentation for subsidies, teaching at its own or the client’s facilities, and tracking the subsidy.
