WadStore

Business management in one web platform

WadStore is a web-based business management and invoicing application developed by Web Advanced Development S.L. (Wad). It combines two of the company's tools, Wadstore and Wadgestor, and presents itself as a CRM that brings website or online-store administration, invoicing, and business management into one platform.

Main features

• Online store: a customizable, multilingual storefront with editable structure, colors, and logo; product categories and subcategories; product variations; inventory tracking; discounts and promotions; payment and shipping options; and multi-store functionality.
• Invoicing and accounting: invoice creation from drafts; delivery-note management; expense tracking for invoices, receipts, taxes, and payroll; quarterly and yearly summaries; and the Veri*Factu invoice-verification system, which the company describes as connecting to Spain's Tax Agency (AEAT), using an electronic certificate, maintaining a hash-based chain of custody, and assigning a QR code to each invoice.
• Customer and vendor management: a contact directory and multi-company support for managing more than one business.
• Additional tools: a news module, password manager, third-party code integrations such as Google Analytics and Facebook, and a calendar for reminders and appointments.

Pricing and terms

WadStore lists a monthly fee of €50, including VAT, for customers with hosting and a domain. This includes technical support, maintenance, updates, and backups. New customers must purchase a hosting-and-domain package with a first payment of €110; hosting must be on Wad's servers. The company offers a demo version and scheduled visits to see the application.
