What Distinto is

Distinto is a family-run bistro in Torre de la Horadada, Alicante province. It opened in 2003 and has continued as a family business whose kitchen makes many components from scratch.

Food

The menu centers on dishes prepared in-house:

• Fresh pasta: made daily from a traditional Italian recipe and served with house-made sauces, for dine-in or takeout
• House burger: meat ground at the bistro, served on its own freshly baked bun with Belgian-style fries and a choice of sauces
• Grilled meat: beef cooked with butter and served with the same Belgian-style fries, with optional cream sauce or house-made garlic butter

Dine-in and takeout are available, with separate dessert and drink sections completing the menu.
