About La Casa de la Tuerta

La Casa de la Tuerta is a distinctive building in Toledo’s historic center with seven tourist apartments. The property preserves archaeological remains, ceilings salvaged from chapels, and 16th-century ceramics. The company says the house once belonged to several infantazgos, as suggested by an 18th-century tile on its facade, and that one of them hosted a young Princess of Éboli during her time in Toledo.

The apartments

The seven units span several floors and accommodate two to six guests:

  • El Arco Árabe de Éboli: 36 m², ground floor, one bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps three.
  • Éboli y el Patio: 29 m², ground floor, one bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps two.
  • La Capilla de los dos balcones: 32 m², second floor, one bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps three.
  • El Rincón de Éboli: 29 m², first floor, one bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps three.

Location and getting around

The apartments are in central Toledo. Guest comments featured on the property’s website say the main monuments and Plaza de Zocodover are about a 10- to 15-minute walk away, with paid parking nearby. Some guests note that driving into the area can be difficult, a point the company says it flags for guests.
