LaFACT is a foundation based at 340 Rambla d'Ègara, 08221 Terrassa, Barcelona. Its work combines social and health services, long-term care, industrial and forestry services, and cultural programming, with a focus on social inclusion and employment opportunities.

Social and health services

• Residential care: a person-centered approach built around each resident's life plan.
• Adult day center: services for people over age 65.
• In-home support: help with health and social routines.
• Physical therapy: care from a team that pursues ongoing professional training.
• Orthotics and mobility equipment: more than 16 years of experience, with locations in Terrassa and Sant Cugat.
• Community meal services: daily menus for the residence, day center, and in-home care, using locally sourced ingredients.

Cultural programming

LaFACT's cultural program focuses on dance, including audience development, inclusive culture, education, and dance production.

Locations and hours

The main office is at 340 Rambla d'Ègara, 08221 Terrassa, Barcelona. Orthotics services are available in Terrassa and Sant Cugat. General office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. and 2–7:30 p.m.
