Centre de Lleure Tu Tries! is a nonprofit association established in Terrassa on November 30, 2012. It aims to provide quality leisure activities in the city for people with intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions, while also supporting their families.

Who it serves

The association serves people with disabilities in Terrassa and nearby communities. Its goals include promoting inclusion through public education and awareness, supporting participants’ cognitive, physical, emotional, and social skills, and creating an environment where friendships can grow.

Activities and approach

The program centers on educational, social, and cultural recreation. Activities draw on Terrassa’s cultural offerings and those of the surrounding area, while encouraging empathy, environmental respect, and appreciation of cultural heritage. The association was founded by three people with training and experience in both recreation and disability services. It aims to build a professional team of activity leaders to support the safety and quality of its programs.
