PPL Online - PilotOS Cloud

Cloud tools for private pilot training

PilotOS Cloud is a suite of four cloud applications for private pilot training (PPL) and flight-school management. It brings exam preparation, theory courses, aviation English proficiency training, and a digital logbook together under one account, with user data synced across the apps.

Applications

• EXAMPPL: preparation for official EASA PPL(A) exams, with more than 5,000 questions, subject-based tests, detailed statistics, and study and exam modes.
• CURSOSPPL: a complete PPL(A) theory course and an LPE aviation-English course, with full course materials, progress tracking, and a certificate.
• LOGPPL: a digital flight logbook for recording flights and managing aircraft and airports, with flight statistics and PDF export in the official EASA format.
• MANAPPL: a management dashboard for ATO and DTO flight schools, with student administration, aircraft tracking, and airworthiness management.

Language Proficiency Examination course

The Language Proficiency Examination course prepares students for the aviation English proficiency exam required by ICAO and EASA. It includes aviation-English materials, realistic air traffic control communication simulations, standard ICAO phraseology practice, and ongoing level assessments, with preparation for ICAO Levels 4, 5, and 6. The course is available on the web, Android, and iOS.

Technical features

The platform runs in the cloud, is available on the web, Android, and iOS, and syncs users' progress and statistics across devices. The company says AESA has certified the platform for the theory portion of the PPL(A) course.
