l'Escac - Escola de suport complementari i acompanyament is a social-purpose worker cooperative based in Tarragona. It provides specialized, personalized educational support for young people through its own educational model, which combines supplemental support, shared schooling, and introductory vocational training.

Programs and services

• Shared Schooling Unit (UEC) – adapted ESO: specialized educational support for students who need accommodations.
• Training and Employment Programs (PFI): Level 1 vocational training for young people ages 16 to 21 when they begin the program.
• Supplemental support: guidance and transition support as young people move toward adult life.
• Work-based learning: unpaid work experience and company placements.
• Employment preparation and career guidance.
• Family support and psychological services.

The school receives support from the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia.
